Returns are accepted for faulty items. Item's must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them and any ‘change of mind’ returns will be charged a restocking fee. All return freight is at buyer’s expense.

All new items are sold with manufacturer’s warranty only. If warranty is offered it will be specified in the listing.

To ask for an exchange or refund a purchae receipt or proof of purchase must be supplied.

Refunds will only be processed once the item has been received back to the workshop in the same condition as when you received it.

Please make sure you are happy with your item before you comit to the purchase.

Your product will either be sent via Australia Post or Courier. No tracking information will be provided on ‘Free Postage’ items. We hold no responsibility for goods damaged in transport.

Cost of postage is dependant on size and weight of item. Prices listed are only and estimation of final cost.

Please note that we require 1 to 3 days for handling and pending on your location, shipping can take between 2 – 10 business days. Please allow extra time during holiday periods as postal and freight services will be in high demand.
